Immersive Guided Forest Therapy with A2 Shinrin-yoku

Ages: Adults
$45 per session, or $40 per session if you register for all 3!

Guided Forest therapy is based on the Japanese practice of "Forest bathing" meaning an immersive sensory experience of nature. Unlike a nature hike, forest therapy is a slow, relaxing and interactive experience in nature, covering less than half a mile and focusing on deepening our connections with nature through a series of suggested activities. You are welcome to get your hands dirty and sit on the ground! Since this is a 2.5-hour event, participants are are strongly encouraged to bring any medications they might need, water and a snack, weather-appropriate clothing, and comfortable walking shoes. A tea ceremony ends each experience.

Sessions will take place on Mondays, September 17, September 24, and October 1 from 9:00 -11:30 am. Registration is required by the Thursday before each session, and participants should plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to the program start time as the program begins promptly at 9:00 am.  Register for this event online.

For more information on Certified Forest Therapy Guide Cayla Samano, please visit www.a2shinrinyoku.com.
