CampDoc Electronic Health Profile

Dear Camp, Nature Tykes, and Parents' Night Out Families,

Unity in Learning camp programs have partnered with CampDoc.com to better serve our youth program participants, families, and staff. CampDoc.com offers a secure electronic registration and health record system that allows you to register for programs and complete your camper’s health information electronically. This electronic health record includes important health information as well as release information, field trip and activity permissions, and medication authorizations. Please make sure you have added campdoc.com and lesliesnc.org to your safe sender list or primary email inbox.

This year, we have also moved our summer camp registration to CampDoc.com. This new registration system allows us a number of new options such as the ability to create payment plans and will allow you faster, simpler, and more convenient access to update, change, and review your camp registration and camper's health profile information. Getting access to your health profile information is now easier than ever!

Please note that you will still need to register for Parents' Night Out and School Break Camps for the remainder of the 2019 school year on lesliesnc.org or by contacting the front office. This will include continuing to access your CampDoc account as described below.

We appreciate your participation and patience as we learn the new tools in this system together! If you have urgent questions, please call our Main Office: 734-997-1553.

If you have non-urgent questions regarding our camp programs, they can be directed to Zach Wood, Camp Programs Manager: (734) 205-9531, zachary@lesliesnc.org.

If you have questions regarding the CampDoc system please direct them to CampDoc's customer support.

  • Review the catalog, important family information, and registration information on the Summer Camps page
  • Follow the link provided to view our registration page on CampDoc.com (open to non-members February 4th, 2019).
  • If you have attended Unity in Learning Camps before, log in by entering the full email address and password you used to access your camper's health profile previously. Important: you will not have access to your camper's old health profile and will have to complete a new one if you do not use the same email address you used previously.
  • If you have not used CampDoc.com before, you will need to create a new account before proceeding.
  • Follow the instructions to register for your desired camp programs.
  • You will immediately be given access to your camper's health profile upon completing registration through CampDoc.com. You no longer have to wait for an invitation after registering or worry about it being caught in your spam filters!
  • You may either complete your camper's health profile at this time or you may log out and return at a later date.
  • At any time you may return and log in by entering the full email address and password you used to register your camper in order to complete or review your camper's health profile, registration, or payment information.
  • We highly suggest returning to CampDoc.com and reviewing your camper's health profile about a week before their camp session to ensure that your information is up to date.

For Tykes, Parents' Night Out, and School Break Programs

  • Prior to your camp or program session, you will receive an “Invitation” email from CampDoc.com. (Read these help tips if you believe you have not received this email.)
  • You will only need to create one account but you will receive a separate registration email for each of your campers. Follow the link in this email for each camper and follow the instructions to add them to your account.
  • Click on the green "Accept Invite" link within the email to create your CampDoc.com account.
  • Enter your full email address, and click continue to set your password. This should be the same address you used to register your camper in Z2Systems Neon.
  • Once logged in, select your camper's name and click on the health profile link to complete your camper's information.
