Lisa Usselman
Lisa Usselman has lived all of her life in various parts of Michigan, but spent a lot of time in college travelling to work on an organic farm in Ecuador, make cheese in Italy, and learn medieval literature in England. Her hobbies still include traveling whenever possible, and games of the digital and board variety. Her love of science and birds brought her to Leslie Science and Nature Center, where she enjoys every opportunity to learn something new.

Bald Eagle
Our kindergarten class uses our collections of 100 pennies from the 100th day of school to adopt the bald eagle. We study and write all about the bald eagle; we watch the Decorah eagles, and we love when the bald eagle visits Bryant school in the spring. - Mrs Klein's Kindergarten Class
