Brea Haywood

Brea is a native of Ann Arbor, and a recent graduate of Eastern Michigan University where she majored in Language, Literature, and Writing, and minored in Nonprofit Administration.  Through volunteering with multiple nonprofit organizations in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area, she became passionate about the sector and decided to pursue a nonprofit career.   She participated in the Alternative  Breaks program at EMU as a participant, site leader, and trip coordinator travelling to rural Iowa, historic Selma, Atlanta (twice!), the mountains of Kentucky, and Haiti to work with various causes.  In her free time, Brea likes to travel to new cities, read postmodern literature, play board games, and stay involved with her sorority.
