Donate to our scholarship fund and help a child learn, laugh and thrive this summer!
Every summer, the Leslie Science and Nature Center provides outstanding weekly day-camp programs for children between the ages of 4 and 17. Due to the enduring financial difficulties in our community, an increasing number of families are unable to afford to send their children to camps such as ours. The number of families that need such assistance is extraordinarily high. Research shows that children who keep their minds educationally active throughout the summer, perform far better when they return to school. Funds donated to our scholarship program will not only enable deserving children to attend our popular summer camps, it's an investment in their long-term educational success.
