Are
you planning a special occasion?
How does celebrating it with raptors grab
you?
Sure, we throw great kids' parties, but we know adults have
special birthdays, anniversaries, and other important occasions too. Let our staff bring raptors to your party
and make it an event your
guests will remember -- and one that supports a good cause.
As part of your party package, you'll receive 15 minutes of formal
program and 30 minutes of informal raptor time -- 45 minutes in all.
You can choose up to three raptors; we will try to accommodate your
request, but some of our birds have particular requirements and may not
be available. Our raptor specialist will give you a private raptor
tour onsite, so you can bone up on the birds ahead of time. You'll
meet the birds and choose the ones you'd like to invite to your party,
and have a chance to ask any questions.
Raptor parties cost $500 and include
- 15 minutes of formal presentation packed with interesting facts and raptor trivia, and 30 minutes of informal time with the raptors and the raptor specialist.
- Up to three raptors that you select from our flock (eagles, owls, kestrels, hawks and vulture). We will try to accommodate your request, but some of ours birds -- especially the eagle -- have special considerations and may not be available.
- A private tour given by our raptor specialist
Raptor parties can take place at your home, at a restaurant or other public space, or at Leslie Science and Nature Center's Nature House or Leslie House for an additional fee.
