The Leslie Science and Nature Center (LSNC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating children and families about the natural world, is seeking exceptional candidates for our Development Director position.
LSNC is currently looking for a highly motivated and personable individual to be its Development Director, an important leadership position on the organization’s management team. The Development Director’s main tasks include supporting the Capital Campaign, managing major and corporate giving, planning special events, writing grants, organizing and administering annual giving appeals, and promoting and administering the LSNC Membership Program.
Rate of Pay/Benefits: Salary based on experience; medical and retirement benefits.

Volunteers are a vital part of the Leslie Science and Nature Center and participate in almost every aspect of what makes us so great. Volunteers work in the Critter House, assist program coordinators, help out with trail maintenance, garden in our native plant beds, and participate in a variety of special programs.
