Cathy Dyer

Cathy has always loved the rivers and forests of Southeast Michigan. She did cool science experiments with students learning English in Mexico and took her High School Spanish students on a nature hike. She has a degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and is studying Teaching of Biological Sciences at Miami University (Ohio). Ask her about swimming with a whale shark, trying field research in the Baja desert, or hanging out by her rain gardens. You can also find her hiking in the mountains of Canada and Scotland or felting her favorite animals. She started work at LSNC as an Intern in fall 2014, and became one of our Educators in 2015.
